By accessing and using mwbit.net ("the Website") and purchasing products from MWBit ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About MWBit

MWBit is an independent reseller of Malwarebytes™ Premium perpetual (lifetime) licenses. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with Malwarebytes Corporation. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Products

We sell digital license keys for Malwarebytes Premium (V5 and V4). These are perpetual licenses originally distributed when Malwarebytes offered lifetime licensing tiers. Each license key is valid for one (1) PC.

All products are digital goods. No physical items are shipped. Delivery is handled electronically via Discord or email.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and represent a one-time payment. No recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees apply. We accept payment methods as listed on our Discord server, including PayPal and cryptocurrency.

5. Delivery

License keys are delivered digitally within minutes of confirmed payment. Delivery is handled via our Discord server or email. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information for delivery.

6. License Usage

• Each license key is intended for use on one PC at a time
• You may transfer your license to a different PC by deactivating it on the original machine first
• License keys must not be resold, redistributed, or shared without authorization from MWBit
• We are not responsible for how Malwarebytes Corporation may modify their software or licensing policies in the future

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• 90-day replacement guarantee for non-functioning keys
• 14-day money-back guarantee if the issue cannot be resolved
• Compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

Malwarebytes™ is a registered trademark of Malwarebytes Corporation. All product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. MWBit's website design, content, and branding are the intellectual property of MWBit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We sell genuine license keys and stand behind our 90-day replacement guarantee. However, we cannot guarantee the behavior of third-party software (Malwarebytes) beyond our control. The software itself is provided by Malwarebytes Corporation and is subject to their own terms of service and end-user license agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWBit's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to resell or redistribute license keys purchased from us
• File fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union, including consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
